The fund-raising event was a grand success, and finally we could open a new shelter for street animals. Though it is a bit less spacious now, but I am sure that with time we will be able to convert it into a big one. Over the days, Juana, Ron and I have become very good friends. It is always a pleasure to be in the company of like-minded people. Juana is one such lady that everyone would want to include in her list of friends. She always wears a huge smile on her face. And so is Ron, who is always full of energy. This weekend Juana invited me and Ron over her place for lunch.
Saturdays are always the best days for me to spend outdoors, as they are succeeded by Sundays on which I can relax and rejuvenate myself for the entire week’s hectic schedule. On reaching Juana’s place, I realized Ron was already there helping Juana arrange the dining table. Juana lived with her husband Marc, who was out of town for a week.
I sat on the sofa with a glass of water. Soon Ron also joined me. As usual, he was carrying his MacBook Pro. He is always active on his MacBook Pro sending and replying e-mails. As he sat beside me, I asked him to show me the features of MacBook Pro as I had a MacBook Air.
The first thing he told me was that MackBook Pro is created from a single piece of aluminum, which is called a unibody. He asked me to lift it and as I did I could make out that it is much thinner and lighter than other notebooks. He logged into it and informed me that MacBook Pro is powered with LED backlight technology, which makes the display bright and clear. The FaceTime camera that is neatly embedded on the top of the screen allows you to capture large and clear images without any hindrance.
The most fascinating part of MacBook Pro that caught my attention was the Multi-Touch Trackpad that has no buttons. In fact, the Trackpad itself acts as buttons allowing the user more space to navigate and click. Ron told me that MacBook Pro has an easy access to connections and ports.
As Juana invited us to the dining table, Ron further explained that the MacBook Pro is environment-friendly as it is made of glass and aluminum, which are highly recyclable. The LED backlight technology too saves a lot of power.
Finally, I joined Juana and Ron on the dining table. But still I could not divert my mind from this wonder machine and its features. It was Juana who broke the spell by starting a discussion on a different topic.
